These Terms & Disclaimer apply to the Green Flag Property website, digital resources, products, subscriptions, consultations and other services made available by Green Flag Property.

By accessing our website, requesting a resource, purchasing a product or using our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to that product or service.

1. General information only

The Green Flag Property System™, Green Flag Market Radar™, workbooks, checklists, calculators, reports, educational material, website content, emails and other resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

They do not constitute personal financial, credit, legal, conveyancing, tax, accounting, building, insurance or investment advice.

Property purchases involve significant financial risk. Market conditions, lending policy, taxation, planning rules, zoning, building requirements, insurance conditions, contract law and individual circumstances can change.

You should obtain appropriate independent professional advice relevant to your circumstances before making financial decisions, entering contracts or purchasing property.

Free books, guides, reports, checklists, Gameplans and other resources are provided for educational purposes.

These resources are designed to help users organise information, identify questions and improve their decision-making process.

They do not replace property-specific due diligence or independent professional advice.

4. Green Flag DIY Implementation System™

The Green Flag DIY Implementation System™ is a digital educational product containing worksheets, frameworks and decision-support materials.

It is designed to help users establish clearer criteria and processes when considering property decisions.

5. Green Flag 20–30 Year Property Roadmap™

The Green Flag 20–30 Year Property Roadmap™ is intended to help participants organise their property goals, assumptions, priorities, constraints and possible future pathways.

The Roadmap is a strategic educational and planning service. It does not constitute personal financial advice, tax advice, credit advice or legal advice.

Any projections, scenarios or pathways discussed are illustrative and are dependent on future circumstances that cannot be guaranteed.

The current Roadmap purchase price is displayed at checkout.

Where expressly stated as part of the offer, the amount paid for the Green Flag 20–30 Year Property Roadmap™ may be credited toward a later Green Flag Property buyer's agency engagement.

Any buyer's agency engagement is subject to a separate written agreement, including the scope of services, fees and applicable terms.

6. Green Flag Market Radar™

Green Flag Market Radar™ provides general property market research, commentary and educational information.

Market Radar assessments may consider matters such as market cycles, employment, population, supply and demand, affordability, rental conditions, infrastructure, sales activity, price momentum and risk.

Market Radar rankings and scores are research tools only and are not recommendations that any particular person should purchase property in a particular suburb or market.

7. Market Radar subscriptions

Green Flag Market Radar™ may be offered as a recurring paid subscription.

The applicable price, billing frequency and any introductory or trial period will be displayed before you complete checkout.

The current standalone Market Radar offer is billed at $39 AUD per month unless a different amount is displayed at checkout.

Where the Green Flag 20–30 Year Property Roadmap™ includes complimentary Market Radar access, the current offer includes 60 days of complimentary access, after which the Market Radar subscription renews at the amount displayed at checkout unless cancelled before the first paid renewal.

You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time using the Stripe customer billing portal or another cancellation method we provide.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation does not generally result in a refund for a billing period that has already commenced.

Unsubscribing from Green Flag Property marketing emails does not cancel a paid Market Radar subscription.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

9. Digital products and access

Digital products may be supplied by download, secure webpage, email, member access link or another electronic method.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any private access links, login links or account access provided to you.

You must not intentionally share protected member content or access credentials with others unless we expressly permit it.

10. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product or service has a major problem, is not supplied as described, or you otherwise have rights to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those rights continue to apply.

For digital products that have been supplied or made available for immediate access, we do not generally offer refunds simply because you change your mind.

For completed consultations, Roadmap sessions or other services that have already been substantially delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not generally available.

11. Buyer’s agency services

Any formal buyer's agency service provided by Green Flag Property will be governed by a separate buyer's agency agreement.

We do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Our website, reports and emails may refer or link to third-party websites, data providers, property portals, payment providers, booking platforms or other services.

Green Flag Property does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, accuracy or privacy practices.

15. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Green Flag Property System™, Green Flag Market Radar™, Green Flag DIY Implementation System™, Green Flag 20–30 Year Property Roadmap™, workbooks, frameworks, reports, written material, designs and other original content remain the intellectual property of Green Flag Property or its licensors.

Purchased and free resources are provided for your personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.

You must not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, license or commercially exploit Green Flag Property materials without written permission.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Flag Property is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general educational material, market research or decision-support tools without obtaining appropriate property-specific and professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

17. Changes to products and services

Green Flag Property may update, improve, replace or discontinue website content, free resources, products, membership features or services from time to time.

Changes to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated where required by law or applicable payment-provider requirements.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Queensland, Australia, subject to any consumer rights or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
